D.J. Rees has held the cyclical decoration partnership with Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association from 2004, undertaking all aspects of external decoration/repair on over 1400 properties within their portfolio. We also have a partnership agreement in place with Brecon and Swansea Diocese again on their Cyclical Redecoration Partnership/repair programme which we have held since 2011.
